For the period ended 28 February 2025 the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006.

Members have not required the Company to obtain an audit for the period in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - small entities.

The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The Company has opted not to file the profit and loss account in accordance with provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.

General information

Pulse Cinemas Limited is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page. 
The company was dormant and not trading throughout the current financial period. 
The presentation currency of the financial statements is the Pound Sterling (£). 
The comparative period is the 14 month period from 1 January 2023 to 1 March 2024. The director has chosen to shorten the financial reporting date to 28 February 2025 following the cessation of trade of the company. The extended comparative period should be taken into account when reviewing the information within the financial statements. 

2.Accounting policies

 
2.1

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with FRS 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland' and the requirements of the Companies Act 2006. The disclosure requirements of Section 1A of FRS 102 have been applied other than where additional disclosure is required to show a true and fair view.

 
2.2

Financial instruments

Financial instruments are recognised in the Company's Balance sheet when the Company becomes party to the contractual provisions of the instrument.
