The company had the following employees in the current and prior periods:

Capital and reserves above includes the following:

• Share capital of £18 (2024: £18)

• Reserve for redecoration of exterior parts, totalling £3,900 at 30 June 2025 (2025: £3,640)

• Reserve for resurfacing of tarmacadam, totalling £5,801 at 30 June 2025 (2024: £5,451)

• Profit & loss account reserve of £1,983 at 30 June 2025 (2024: £1,060).

The reserves for redecoration of exterior parts and for resurfacing of tarmacadam have been established to provide funds in order to pay for redecoration and maintenance costs which are expected to arise in the future.

Any shortfall in these funds resulting from expenditure incurred will be charged to the Income & Expenditure Account in that year.

Llewellyn Place (Nettles Lane) Management Company Ltd is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is 23 Swan Hill, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, United Kingdom, SY1 1NQ.

For the year ended 30 June 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime', and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
