| Directors Loans: on 1 April 2023 the company made the first of a number of directors loans to David Holme, the maximum amount of any loan was £33,909.75 during the financial year, and some of these loans were repaid before the balance sheet date. At the balance sheet date the outstanding directors loan balance was £5,293.64 (Prior Year £16,251.79). Directors Loans are interest free up to £10,000 after which interest is charged at the HMRC specified rate. The loans are repayable on demand. |
